I have watched videos. I have searched help. I cannot seem to get call notification to work. I have even removed and re-added device, but there was no option of connecting to bluetooth. Syncing seems to work for everything else. There was samples of tiles that can be added, with different options, but I can't seem to see that on mine either. My android is a 5.0.1. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @Edwardsb. If you are not having success with the call notifications feature, I recommend verifying if your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If you have a compatible phone, follow the Call Notifications troubleshoot.
