Can anyone advise how to set up replacement tracker. Won't allow set up of a second tracker to my email account. Tried restarting Bluetooth, internet, batteries are charged, uninstalled and reinstalled fit it app, switched off phone, tablet and tracker, customer support via live chat email or phone all unavailable Tried YouTube for videos too

@Vonni66, you cannot set it up as a 2nd tracker, but have to select Set Up a Device and then select Replace the Alta HR that you already have on the account.
