My sister gave me her Fitbit Charge 2 as she upgraded. For what ever reason I cannot seem to reset the fitbit to erase all of her history. I am loosing my mind. Please help.

@ling.sanz2015, if she removed the Charge 2 from her account, and then you added it to your new account, your data recording should start from the time you added it to your account. What data does your app dashboard show?
