Red light on the back stays on

@Maxigirl Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the red flashing on the back of your device.

 

As Odyssey13 explained, the red LED is used to measure your oxygen levels during the night. It usually turns off during the day but it is not an issue that it stays red. I was informed that your inquiry has been successfully reported with the support team. They will provide you with a proper resolution.
