I previously had the white lines and unresponsive issues with my Fitbit Charge 3. Luckily it was only 3 months old so received another. The issue I’m having with this one now is I set my activity target of 3 miles per day. However on the app, even though I’ve exceeded the 3 miles it’s not changing the circle to green and shows that you have not achieved your target? If I was to go into my settings and change my daily target to 2 miles and then go back to the main screen on the app, the circle goes green and I get my fireworks. I then go back into settings and amend back to 3 miles, go back to my main screen and again it shows I’ve not achieved my target? Even when doing 4/5 miles?? Any help or suggestions?

Hi @Missytaz, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Charge 3? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have a Samsung galaxy s7, I noticed this started happening since I got a replacement unit as I had the issue of the vertical white lines on my previous (new) unit. I have tried the solution as you said, however it is still on going. I also have noticed today that it does not give me the option of tracking via GPS on my bike. The only options are walk, run & hike? I'm sure I had used the cycling facility before? Can I say that I had the charge 2 for a year with not 1 issue. Since I have upgraded to the charge 3, I have had nothing but issues, I wish I had never changed it!! There are too many users experiencing issues with the charge 3 that needs to be addressed instead of promoting the charge 4!!

This is what's happening even though I have reached my 3 mile goal? And I have tried the solution you offered.
