Unable to sync Versa 2 with Samsung Note 10

I have a galaxy note 10 and my fitbit versa 2 doesn't work with it. Can you tell me when and if it's going to sync together soon. I just bought my watch and im thinking about exchanging it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I heard that Fitbit not compatible with Samsung note 10..how do you do it?
