Hi 

I have a Renpho scales which will not sync to the FitBit App. I've tried everything and it still won't transfer my weight in the mornings from Renpho App to Fitbit. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have a Renpho scale too (excellent scale by the way) and, honestly speaking, it's the only reason I keep using my Fitbit account as it serves as a bridge to the service trendweight.

I don't have any problem and it syncs my weight within minutes. However i had problems with my daughter's account and no matter what i tried in the end I had to make a new account for her. You can try to make a test account as well and see if this is the problem for you as well. Depending on the outcome we can understand where the issue is.
