replacement has military time, keeps saying I already have an account, phone won't recognize replacement. Help.

@Traydot- Have you used the Fitbit app to replace your old tracker with new one, by going to the Account page, Set Up a Device, Replace Charge HR? This process would have removed your old Charge HR from the account, and added your new one, while keeping all of your activity.
