I have tried a fewq times to set up my      Replacement Tracker      no luck

It's always fantastic to see new names around. Welcome to the Forums @christa39! I moved your post from this thread so that you can get a better response. 

 

Regarding your Fitbit not setting up, I'd like to further look into it. So that I can get a much better understanding of the situation I'd like to ask you some small questions. What tracker are you trying to set up? What device are you using to run the setup? Do you get any particular error message after the setup is unsuccessful?

Thank you , I have solved my problem in the meantime and my replacement
tracker is working well.
