Got a new Versa 2. Gifted my old Versa to my husband and he's all set up with his new Fitbit account. Now trying to connect my new Versa 2 to my existing Fitbit account using Fitbit app with no success. Please help!!

Did you go through 'Set up a Device', logged into your old account?
I did go through the "Set up a device" process! Every time I click on that option it scrolls and then returns me to that same screen. Stuck in a loop???
Best AnswerHave now restarted my Samsung phone. It recognises the Versa 2 but now wants to update the Fitbit app. I'll keep at it.
