Reset time on Charge 3

i put my chsrge 3 up for a month or so...i wanted to wear it agsin. Put it on charger. All works well as far as i can see except it says 8:30. Instead of 12:20. I haven't yet found a way to reset time. Im very disappointed.

You can't manually set the time, but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

Mine is not syncing. Now what do I do?

@Jamea The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you ....its now reset. I had to check and restart Bluetooth on both
my phone and tablet. Your a life saver. Ironically when my band broke I had
let the battery run down while waiting for the new one I ordered. Thats
when I realized the time was off.....i sat the charge3 with new band on
dresser. My new dog pulled it down and chewed the new band to pieces. I am
glad the charge 3 is still working. Until i can afford another band im
carrying it in my bra. Works very well there. 😊 thanks again
