Resting Heart Rate Not being calculated

last week i got in touch with fitbit as for 2 days i had no resting heart rate score, but my fitbit app and the www dashboard both show full HR data.  i've not heard anything back, and now today despite having heart rate data consistently over the weekend ther is no resting heart rate score since friday 24th april.

Is it just me?

I'm getting no help from Fitbit. They keep asking me to reset,restart, resync, blah.

One even said it would be fixed now and on next sync data would appear, but it didn't.

I'm super irritated with this support level

I've been frustrated as well.   Keep being told that an  update to the app will be coming.
