Resting heart rate tab not updating date

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

There was a two-month interval, august to september 2020, where I did not have a fitbit, because my old one broke. I got a new one, but when I try to go back and see my old resting HR trends, it repeats the 1st day of my newest fitbit (september 10) over and over again. I keep scrolling down in hopes of eventually reaching my last  entry from my old fitbit, but I never get there. Why does it keep repeating this date? How do I see my old resting HR entries?

Things I have tried: disconnecting and reconnecting the fitbit, uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Image: this entry repeats no matter how long I try to scroll down.
