Resting heartrate

Has anyone noticed a bug where you cant see your heartrate chart after midnight until after you go to sleep and/or it gets a resting heartrate.? If you watch tv for a bit after midnight and it registers a resting heartrate then it wont update to a new lower rating rate when you do go to bed.

@Lost.in.thought Hi and Welcome - not sure if it is a bug it maybe because it has not had time to assess your RHR for that day as Fitbit takes a range of readings from being awake, sleeping, and when you have not recently exerted yourself - the following link may give you some answers (section 4 will tell you how your RHR is measured)

What should I know about my heart rate data

Note resting Heart rate maybe higher than sleeping as it will be an average of sleeping and inactivity so your sleeping could be 54 BPM and you watching TV could be 64 BPM this would effectively give you a RHR of around 59 BPM (this is a basic summary but the calculation should give you an idea)

Hope this helps

Kind Regards
