Returning a defective Fitbit?

I have to tell you, I am positively beyond frustrated! January 9th, I contacted Customer Service to have my Fitbit replaced. I went by their instructions to send it back...and over 6 weeks later, it still has NOT reached it's destination!!!

I would have been better off riding my bicycle from North Florida to Calexico, CA and got it there sooner!

At this point, I don't want it fixed, I just want a refund. I have been a loyal Fitbit user for YEARS, but they have lost a customer because of this...

Hi @Djdecant  you should get an email when your replacement is shipped. We can only get a refund if purchased directly from Fitbit.com and within the 45 day time period. After that window is gone, we need to work with customer support to get an issue resolved. Once it's in the hand of the shipper, there isn't anything Fitbit can do. Shippers have to deal with weather, traffic, driver shortages and even more. Check your spam folder and see if you haven't gotten an email from Fitbit.

It is STILL in transit, according to Fed Ex. It is in Chino, CA and according to my 2nd email from them, it will be delivered to them at the end of the business day. At least the package is in Southern California, but not near where it will be delivered tonight.
