How can I reverse or uninstall the recent update? too many problems still not receiving any text notifications or syncing accurately.

Hi @cmoneylady 

 

Sorry, you can't change the current version of the app or any software system update on your smartphone. Have you tried playing with it a bit since you last posted?

I'm using Android 9 and had to make sure I gave the app permission AND my Samsung phone permission. You may need to look inside your settings a bit.

You could download the previous version from the internet.
