Hi @Mhyr - can you be a bit more specific, which device are you using and what steps you did to revoke it?

Yes sorry for the confusion. I was actually exploring if my Bluetooth issue on my fitbit charge 5 will work on my android device so I tried to het the fitbit app on my other android device because my fitbit charge 5 has been disconnected on my iphone’s bluetooth but when I was getting the app at my android phone, it says the administrator does not authorize it. I recall that I revoked the access of fitbit on my android phone before so I’d like to know how to re-authorize the access. Incidentally there’s a message on my fitbit to update the tracker but my problem is despite all the possible options and followed tips to reconnect my device on my iphone it always disconnects so not possible to do tracker update. Could you help me how to het the app on my android phone because I’d like to try if I can connect at android phone’s bluetooth so I can update my charge 5. Thanks!

@Mhyr - thanks, have you tried, Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth on the iPhone.

Make sure to remove the watch from the Android Bluetooth first and turn off the phone.

Logout of the Fitbit App on the iPhone and restart the phone and watch.

When you login to the Fitbit App it should reconnect with a pair and link prompt?

If the charge 5 is working fine there isn't any need to do the update unless there is something in the update you want. Check the forum first to see what people have posted.

If you want to use the Android phone and the watch is paired with the iPhone you will have to remove the watch from the iPhone Bluetooth and turn it off first and then do the same process on the Android phone to be sure to get connected.
