@Mhyr - thanks, have you tried, Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth on the iPhone.
Make sure to remove the watch from the Android Bluetooth first and turn off the phone.
Logout of the Fitbit App on the iPhone and restart the phone and watch.
When you login to the Fitbit App it should reconnect with a pair and link prompt?
If the charge 5 is working fine there isn't any need to do the update unless there is something in the update you want. Check the forum first to see what people have posted.
If you want to use the Android phone and the watch is paired with the iPhone you will have to remove the watch from the iPhone Bluetooth and turn it off first and then do the same process on the Android phone to be sure to get connected.
