sigh... that's really depressed...
My blaze can't get any notification from my Mate8 too.
Fitbit is entering chinese market in May, but i don't think you're ready for that. As i know, at least 5 million mate8 users in china, also there are tooooo much fitbit consumers complain about their smart phone not in the compatible list.哎,好失望![]()

@猫屁股, after reviewing the information I was able to confirm that this device is not on the list of compatible devices at the moment. While many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.
You can also check this list at another time to confirm if your device has been added. Thank you for your feedback regarding the release of the Fitbit products to the Chinese market, this has been sent to the appropriate department so it can be taken into consideration.

I have moved your post to the English board since you have contacted us in this language. If it's more comfortable you can also contact us in the Chinese Forums.
Best AnswerThanks.
I didn't post on chinese forums because seems like no fitbit staff manage there.. the forums is full of meanningless advertisement posts.
Anyway, thank you to sent the message to appropriate department 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Elvinkun, unfortunately there is no specific date available at the moment on when this device model Huawei Mate 8 could be added to the list of compatible devices, but rest assured this feedback has been sent to the appropriate department.

Welcome to the forums @TongKJ, @Hisham, this is not a current issue or bug, the device Huawei Mate 8 does not sync to the online dashboard or the Fitbit app because it's not on the list of compatible devices as mentioned before. At the moment there is no information available in regards to this model being added to the list in the future or when this could happen.

Welcome to the forums @HuaweiMate8. @TongKJ unfortunately there is no date available at the moment on when this device could be added to the list. Fitbit is aware of this and is constantly working to increase the number of compatible phone models in the list and improve the customer's experience. Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback.
Best Answerthe answer will be:
unfortunately there is no date available at the moment on when this device could be added to the list.
and bla bla bla.......
Best AnswerIn fact, if Fitbit would fix this for the Huawei Mate 8, it would be also be fixed for the P8, P9, Mate 9, and many other Huaweis because they're all identical on the inside. Meanwhile, my Blaze is only half functional, while the Charge HR I used to have worked fine with this same phone (Mate 8).
Please fix this and thanks!

Welcome to the new users and thanks for the info @Hisham, @sasquatch204, @TongKJ. Even though some devices are able to sync to the Fitbit application because of the Bluetooth 4.0, they would not work properly in a permanent way or they may not work the same after firmware or application updates if the device is not listed as a compatible device.
If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you share this idea in the Feature Suggestion board, this is constantly reviewed by the team of developers.
