Route visibility

  • I have synced my Blaze to the app and on the dashboard the app shows the field where the route should be but only shows a circular refresh arrow and unable to see the route even when I click on it. The route has synced with Strava and shows clearly. Other routes on Fitbit are showing. Any ideas why this is and what the refresh arrow means? I have synced multiple times to no avail.

Have you tried fitbit.com what does the app look like there.

BTW your Blaze syncs with your Fitbit account in the cloud, then the app reads the info from the cloud.

Hello, thank you for the comment. I have since deleted the route from the app in the hope that it will re-sync but has not. I will try fitbit.com next time if it happens again and check what that shows.
