I have synced my Blaze to the app and on the dashboard the app shows the field where the route should be but only shows a circular refresh arrow and unable to see the route even when I click on it. The route has synced with Strava and shows clearly. Other routes on Fitbit are showing. Any ideas why this is and what the refresh arrow means? I have synced multiple times to no avail.
Hello, thank you for the comment. I have since deleted the route from the app in the hope that it will re-sync but has not. I will try fitbit.com next time if it happens again and check what that shows.
