Run time incorrect on Fitbit app

Exersize time incorrect

I just got a Pixel Watch 4 last week. I've done a couple tracked runs since then and both times it appears that on the main dashboard the run times are 3 hours ahead of the time I actually ran.

If I click on the exercise to get more details it shows the correct time. And if I track a walk it shows the correct time everywhere.

I've tried updating my timezone and the issue still happens.

Is there anything I can do to have the correct time showing on the dashboard?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're seeing. 

Please report this issue in both the Fitbit and Pixel Watch apps using the Feedback option. To get to the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

• Tap your avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
• Complete the prompts and submit

Although it's likely that you won't get a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every submitted feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.
