Run up to Christmas-accessing my account

I am doing the virtual run up to Christmas. So running every day from 1st to 25th inclusive. 

In order to verify my distance, the organisation will need access to my account. How do they do this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, the details that were shared in your post are appreciated. As it turns out, the information from your account is personal, therefore, there's no way for your organization to access into your account in order to check your stats. However, to move forward with this, can you please let me know which information you'd like to share with them? You can change your privacy options so other can check your stats.
