The time and date should be set automatically whenever you sync your Fitbit to your account. Keep in mind that the tracker will take the date and time from your mobile device. To run the setup, please follow these instructions:
- Open your Fitbit app and then tap on the account tab.
- Tap on the 'Set Up a New Device' and then select the Charge 2.
- The process will then guide you in order to get your Fitbit syncing to your account.
