Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Tee10823. This issue might be related to the app. Please try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back in
Additionally, please make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. If none of this resolves the problem, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
