S7 edge and flex 2 not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using fitbit products side 2014.

Since Tuesday of this week my fitbit won't sync

I have had my s7 phone for a year with the app on it so unlikely it's a phone issue

I have followed all the threads and tried

Turning my phone off and restarting

Uninstalling th app and 're installing

Turning off bluetooth and clearing cached data. Turning in again and pairing with flex 2

I've put the device back in the charger and done the restart trick

I have even deleted the flex 2 from my fit bit account however now when I try to add it back to my account  the device is found and the screen says connecting and then it just hangs....then I get an the page say I g try again.

I have tried the above on wifi and in 4g. But cannot get flex2 connected to the fitbit app again.

Really frustrated that I can't work out what is happening.  Any help appreciated.  Could it be anythi g to do with this issue abiut the mobile data usage?

Hello @melly11.

Thanks for trying all of that. I could notice from all that you tried, there is one thing that maybe you could still attempt. Please try to remove the Flex 2 from your S7's Bluetooth settings and then the regular setup once again.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
