Let's get your Fitbit One syncinc again!
It is possible that the connection was interrupted in some way. I'd recommend that we try the following steps:
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your S8.
- Look for your One on the paired devices list and remove it.
- Open the Fitbit app and go to the account tab.
- Tap on 'Setup a New Device' and follow the setup process for your One.
