no notifications on my Blaze

 i cannot receive phone calls or messages on my blaze even though notifications is on, and syncing is active, and my phone receives input data from my blaze but my blaze doesn't get data from my phone. how do i solve this issues and get notifications/messages/calls on my blaze once more?

I'd like to take a closer look into why aren't the notifications coming through. I have a few questions I'd like to ask you:

• What mobile device are you using? 
• Did the notifications work at any point or have they never worked?
