S8 not syncing

I had the charge 3 for xmas, always had a few sync issues, managed to sort them out.  This time however I just cannot get the issue to resolve.  The last sync was Friday, I just keep getting the message bluetooth issues, restart etc.  Tried this several times, still not syncing.  I have since unpaired the charge 3 and now trying to re-set up the charge.  Now the app will not find the tracker at all!!!  A message briefly appears saying great we've found your tracker but then reverts to saying bluetooth issues.  I have tried uninstalling the app, restarting bluetooth etc all to no avail.

I am having the same problem my Charge 3 was syncing no problems abd now over the last 2 days will not sync at all.. very frustrating.
