It's a shame that there aren't notifications for ASUS smartphones yet..

Asus provides almost the 45-50% of coverage on smartphones market!

@Alex-free Welcome to our Community! As you said Asus phones aren't currently supported but our developers are always trying to expand the list. You can always check to see if any new devices have been added to the list. Remember that you can always use your app to view your informaiton and log activities, water and food.

Where are you located? While available, Asus phones are a very small portion of the market in the US.

I can't even get mine to sync reliably on the newer model (August 2016 it came out)

@DyB The Asus devices have all the hardware requirements to be supported devices but are currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet tested them for compatibility and added them to the list. If your device supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), I recommend giving the setup flow a try.

If that does not work, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

Yeah I've given up tried everything one day it will work and then it wont.
I'm using the app on iPad pro. Not as convenient as a phone unfortunately
but at least I can still check the blaze through the the day and have put
my fitness pal on phone to track food as that app finds foods from barcodes
much easier too.

Hello @DyB, thank you for your feedback. As my friend @ErickFitbit mentioned before, our teams are constantly testing mobile devices to have more options of mobile devices that support the Fitbit trackers and mobile app features.

Perhaps the following suggestions help you out, in the mean time to address the syncing issues you are experiencing with your phone:  Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Thank you for all your patience. See you around.
