FitBit HR is NOT syncing with my Samsung phone... any tips or suggestions?

It's been 4-5 days since it last synced

I am having the same issue. It's not connecting to my app on blue tooth either. I've tried resetting the fitbit, removing from app nothing is working

I'm having a similar problem with my Galaxy A5. I have unpaired and re-paired my charge 2 three times but after 2 days it loses its connection.
