I know the Samsung A20 is not listed on the compatible device list, but has anyone had success pairing this phone with the Versa 2? I got a Versa 2 last week and was considering switching to an A20, but I need them to sync and would rather avoid connection/notification issues with these devices. Any input based on personal experience is appreciated!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Just as you stated in your post, the Samsung Galaxy A20 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services. Due to this compatibility concern, Android, Fitbit device and app updates, we cannot ensure a proper function of all the device features.
I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products. Personally, I'm using a non-compatible mobile device with my Fitbit Ionic and haven't experienced any difficulty. Lets hope other users here in the Community Forums participate on this topic to share personal experiences to answer your inquiries.

I got the A50. My Versa does sync after troubleshooting a bunch. The text reply and voice reply options even work. Yay!!!

Hello,
I'm very frustrated I bought a Versa Fit Bit watch and now bought a new Samsung Galaxy A-20 phone they do not sync and are not compatible I cannot return the watch. Very upsetting...do you have an update when it will be compatible?

Thanks for your post, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you and even more if your phone is brand new. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Versa, please check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, please try the troubleshooting steps from our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists.
We are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. At this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy A20 will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

Hi, I am really bumped. Just spent 200 on fitbit versa 2 and cant set up.
Anything I can do? I have had samsung galaxy a20.

I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I have a Galaxy A20 and a Versa 2. I purchased the Versa 2 after it would not pair with my phone. I set it up and it ran fine (syncing) for a few months. But I can no longer pair it - I think because of a recent android update.
Customer support suggested that I purchase a compatible phone. They can kiss my a**!!
