I have a Charge 2 and an A20. My fitness and Steps Sync. My text messages and phone calls do not. I am not sure what the other folks have.

Oh gotcha! So there is a possibility the the A20 will work with the versa2!

Hi. The issue was solved after upgrade android image at the phone to
November 1st 2019 security release.

No I got fed up with waiting for a fix so for my birthday I bought a Galaxy Wear Active which works fine with my A20 phone, pretty much has same features as my Charge 2 and has a whole lot of extra cool functions that I don't even need!  Fitbit I am disappointed with you and have gone elswehere.

No. I dont think they plan on fixing the issue. I gave up and got the
samsung watch..I miss my fitbit

Thanks to all for posting your recent messages. I had forgotten my fitbit and this forum, but had not yet bought another fitness device. After receiving these messages, I went and tried updating and syncing my fitbit. So, to my great surprise the thing is actually working again! But we will see if the battery life etc., still hold up. In any case, it took a long time for fitbit to fix their software.......

So we shall see, hopefully it is going to keep working.

I have Alexa. Can you tell me how you got yours to work to Alex and sync to your phone? I thought this phone was compatible? To Sully P.

U have to have Fitbit open on ur phone at same time you download Alexa from amazon

Ok. I have had Alexa since last Christmas. And It is open. So I will have to see how to do it. I just try and nothing is working.
