Will the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime be compatible with Fitbit soon?
I bought the Fitbit Flex 2 and would love to synch my phone to it.

Thank you

Hello @BettieLaB, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community.

When a device is not on our list of supported devices. This means that our Android team has not yet fully tested it for compatibility and added it to the list. As moderator we don't have an specific timeframe to share when a device is going to be listed as compatible. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added

If you are interested in getting a tracker, keep in mind you can setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer.

See you around and stay tuned to the Fitbit Community.

Hello. Which features does the fitbit loose when connecting to a computer instead of a cellphone? Thanks.

Hi there @Sidia, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for my absence as I have noticed you did not received an official response.

When you sync your tracker to a computer most of the fitness feature remain, losing only the mobile functionalities like GPS connectivity (MobileRun or Connected GPS). However if your tracker has GPS built in this won't be downside.

Other features will be the Challenge and adventures and mobile notifications (Text, call, calendar notifications). Of course many of the features, will vary depending of the tracker you are using.

See you later and despite it's a bit late, hope this information helps.
