Please do not tell me your team is always working to add new devices and features. Originally when I was trying to decipher if the Note 10 was a compatible device using the Fitbit website was let's say, cryptic? Says anything over a particular android version is compatible. Check.  Then there is a list of phones that are compatible with the Ionic. No check here. Then there is a list of incompatible phones. Check again. So, is it compatible or not? Obviously it isn't but this is a very sly way of going about informing your customers. So here we are with Note 10's and Ionic's with limited functionality. I'm on fitbit premium. I'm unsubscribing and no longer supporting this company if this issue is not rectified by end of this month (May 2020). Moving on. My family and I have no problem doing that. Never had these problems with Garmin and most likely going back. I'd bet on it. Other than that, I wish everyone the best and to remain healthy during these times. All the best.

You're correct, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is still not listed as a compatible device with our products and services. On the other hand, can you please let me know if you're experiencing an issue with your Fitbit device and the phone under discussion?
