Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10e compatibility

Went out and bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch because Fitbit won't fully support my new S10e phone. This was frustrating since I didn't want to change from my Charge 3 but have had no luck getting texts or call notifications since I upgraded from my S7 phone to the S10. Then a couple days before my new  Galaxy watch came in I started getting phone only notifications out of the blue on the Charge 3? I would LOVE to keep my Fitbit Charge 3 and return the Galaxy watch (which is huge on my wrist) but not if the Fitbit is unreliable. When will the S10 be officially supported? It's been out for 8 months. Fitbit, I like you but you've gotta move faster with the tech support.. gimme a reason to keep you instead of complaining to all of my friends and family about how after 8 months you still have no official support for my phone and forced me to buy a different brand. Perhaps I'm missing something?

Update: On this link from another post it shows as compatible but not on your main website??? Is it supported or not?

Hi @Candicegaud  this article about compatible phones might be more informative - click to read

Fitbit is working on things. Each update to the app, each firmware to the device brings us closer to what people want.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

Hi @Candicegaud. It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community. @Odyssey13, thanks for your great help!

@Candicegaud, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, as well for sharing the links that you've reviewed. Let me share that the Fitbit app has been optimized to work with either your Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10e compatibility and every feature, such as notifications will now work correctly. While it takes time to update other sites, I'd recommend to always refer to this help article for any compatibility inquiry. Hope you can enjoy your experience with the Charge 3. 😉

I'll be around if you have other questions.
