I have been trying to get my S10 to get messages on my charge 3.  Nothing I do works.  Please help 😥

Hi @Demona. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for your efforts while working on your Charge 3 prior posting. I'm sorry that the text notifications aren't working and let me help you out with this. Before anything else, may I know since when this started to happen? Are you able to receive other types of notification (call, calendar or app)?

 

Since your Samsung Galaxy S10 phone is a compatible device, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Make sure there aren't other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force stop.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  5. On your Charge 3, hold the left button for a few seconds to turn on the notifications.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and set up the notifications one more time.
