Hi There, do we have an estimate date of when the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be compatible with FitBit?
Currently my FitBit is useless to me as I cannot get any logged data older than a day from my phone or my watch? I am curious as I see this has been requested many times by people for quite some time?

Best AnswerThe Samsumg Galaxy S10 is on their list of compatible mobile phones. That was the main reason as to why I got the S10, when we upgraded our phones.
Hi @Giselle.Fick if your asking when it will officially be added, nope we dont know.
If we search the boards for this model, it seems that users report no issues, are you having any problems?

Hello @Giselle.Fick, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and question. Just as @RottieLover shared in her post, the Samsung Galaxy S10 is in fact compatible with our products and services, therefore, you should not experience difficulties with this mobile device and your Fitbit. On the other hand and asking the same as our friend @Rich_Laue, can you please share more information about the issue you're experiencing? Please share as many details you can so we can move forward.
I'll be around, let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue! I got the Charge 3 for Christmas (3rd Fitbit) & everything has been perfect. As of May 28th, my phone can't find the device. I've turned the Bluetooth on & off. Restarted the Fitbit. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app. Unpair & pair. Now it finds it on my phone to pair; but Fitbit won't pair. Reset my Network stuff. All of these were done MULTIPLE times. I don't know what else to try & have read tons of articles & tried everything multiple times.

Best AnswerHi, I'm aware the above post is over 2 years old - but thought would try you!
I have a S10+ phone and a galaxy watch active.
My fitbit app only sync's my weight from my Aria scales - I've never managed to get all the other info onto it (steps/activity/sleep etc).
Should I be able to do this??
OMG - that would be amazing.
Hating the new fitbit graph and plotting my very variable weight has been the only thing I use FItbit for now, so was considering stopping (though they say they are working on a new graph in development).
OR is there a workaround to get all my samsung health data into my fitbit app? I've managed to get my weight into Samsung but not the other way around.

I have and use my Gallaxy S10 with the Fitbit app for my Charge 5 (just recently changed from a Charge 4), so there is no reason it shouldn't work, as long as you have the current Android OS and Fitbit app updates.

The tracker model "shouldn't" matter. Are there any old Fitbits out there that can't connect with the current FB app?
I guess the real question is if they tried connecting their tracker to the Fitbit app on their mobile device.
