Is there a timescale when Fitbit will be made compatible with the Samsung S10? As I am now looking to upgrade my device, I am tempted to just go with a Samsung sports watch as it seems to be taking ages to get compatibility with such a popular android choice from Fitbit. At least some sort of answer with a timescale would help people make an informed decision.

Let me share with you that at this moment we do not have a specific timescale of when the Samsung S10 will be added to our compatibility list, rest assured, Fitbit is always working and testing recent and new released mobile devices to ensure that they're compatible with our products and services. To better assist you, can you please let me know if you're experiencing a specific inconvenience with a Fitbit device? I'm aware that some users were able to use non-compatible devices with our products, however, we cannot ensure that all the Fitbit features will work as designed due to this compatibility concern.
