I received the versa 2 for Christmas. It worked great. I upgraded my phone to a Samsung s20 ultra and now the versa will not connect. I have deleted and re-download and restarted my phone so many times in two days with no luck. What is fit bit doing about this issue. Do I know have to choose between my phone or my fit bit?

Hi @Bsoa is your old phone nearby and on? If so have you removed the Versa 2 from its bluetooth?
As for your new phone, has Fitbit tested and approved this model?
Have you searched the boards to see if anyone has advice on your phone?
