My charge2 won't sync with my s7. On the fitbit app it says it's not compatable. Is there an eta on when that'll be fixed or updated? If not I'll just return my fitbit.

A warm welcome to the Community @Winderwoman2015. As you mentioned, Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible mobile device, our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can sync your tracker with a computer or compatible phone.
