I had a Samsung S9+ with Samsung Gear 3, I was able to use the healthsync app to sync between Samsung Health and Fitibt and it was working fine using the mobile phone sync. I then upgraded my phone last week to the Note 10+ and transfered all data/apps from one phone to the new phone no issues, was seeing my steps from my Samsung equipment in fitbit.
A friend invited me to a workweek hustle, and I noticed that even though I had 11k steps on the dashboard, I had 0 steps in the challenge. After a while I decided to unpair/re-pair my phone sync to see if that would resolve the issue. Now I cannot re-sync the mobile phone sync to fitbit. I noticed the note 10 is not on the compat. list but this was working BEFORE I unpaired/attempted to re-pair the phone to fitbit..any ideas how I can recreate the sync between the samsung note 10 as a device and fitbit?

Hi @darrensmooth, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that, just as you stated, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is not compatible with our products and services. I'm aware that some users are and were able to use non-compatible mobile devices with our products and services, however, we cannot ensure that you'll not experience connection difficulties with it due to Fitbit app, device and Android updates.
Also, keep in mind that only steps from a Fitbit device or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means that manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps just as the Samsung Health, aren't included in your challenge total.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
