Hi,
Just changed my phone to a oneplus 7t pro running android 10.
Since then:
* I can't setup wifi on the watch (first setup or after initial setup)
* I can't configure the clock faces, any of them. Changing the settings have no effect on the watch.
Running the latest version of the fitbit app and the latest version of the firmware on my Versa.
Tried to factory reset the watch and factory reset the fitbit app.
Please fitbit, fix this problem 🙂

Let me share with you that the OnePlus 7T Pro is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.
Even though your mobile device isn't compatible, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Apparently it wasn't clear in my initial message, but I can sync the watch with the phone, only the 2 features mentioned in my initial message do not work.
Please take this into consideration and update your products to make this work again...
