Why are you not updating compatible
Phones and Tablets Samsung J3 and Samsung TabA. Very bad show had I known this before purchasing a Fitbit Alta I would not have bought it. Pleade respond asap or iI will ask for a refund

Hello @Alanbee21, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I saw you were looking for a immediate response and I'm sorry for the delay. However note that the Fitbit Community instead of being a platform for direct support is more a channel of communication and help among the Fitbit community members. Nonetheless we as Moderators do our best to assist all our users in timely manner.
About your concern I can see your point and I understand your feedback. Many Android devices has all the hardware requirements, but if is not on our list of supported devices we cannot guarantee all the features and functionalities of the Fitbit tracker will work with the phone/tablet in question.
If you found issues to sync or set up, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices option to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for future updates!
