I had a charge hr for years without issue. I made a mistake and bought a blaze yesterday. I can't get the notifications to work. 2 live chats with fitbit support and wasted hours of internet tricks no luck. All fitbit could tell me is they know about the problem. Galaxy s8 and fitbit blaze.

I'm so sorry you are experiencing these problems, @Bangzoom39! How frustrating! Hopefully, since Support told you they are aware of the problem, it will be resolved soon. But I have one last suggestion. You may have tried this but just in case ...
- "Forget" your Blaze in your phone's Bluetooth.
- Delete the Fitbit app from your phone.
- Go to a room that has NO OTHER BLUETOOTH DEVICES IN IT. This is important.
- Install the Fitbit app on your phone. When instructed, pair your device to Bluetooth.
- Have someone in a different room call or text you.
I have personally found that sometimes in our world of being surrounded by multiple Bluetooth devices, the Fitbit gets "confused." Setting it up in an isolated area has resolved the problem for me. Good luck! Please let me know if this resolves the proble for you.
