Is there was any update as to when the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will be compatible with the fit it devices?

Thanks for your post. Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and 10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update about them.
On the other hand, can you please let me know if you're experiencing any issue with your Fitbit device and that specific mobile device or it was just curiosity? If you're having an issue I'll provide you with helpful information to resolve it.

Thanks for the update, I appreciate it. I just got the galaxy note 10, I previously has the galaxy s8 and I've had the fitbit versa since it was available for preorder. With the note 10, I've noticed that I dont get any notifications on my versa anymore like I did when I had my older phone.

The notifications feature of your Versa can be compromised due to a connection issue between the Fitbit and the mobile device. However, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for troubleshooting this issue with me. As per previously mentioned, this could be related with the compatibility concern of your Note 10. That said, can you please try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists?

So great my Fitbit isnt compatible with my Note 10? Wow sounds as like a way to back people buy a new fitbit..
