My Charge 3 has stopped recieving text messages. All other notifications come through including incoming calls. I have reset my phone (Samsung s9 plus),  reset my Fitbit, unpaired and repaired. Nothing has worked.

With the latest android OS @Atashaycase? Could it be the current known issue? 

Do you get these messages on the phones lock screen?

My phone  OS is up to date. It sounds like it is the same issue that has been reported by others. It doesn't affect the other functions of the Fitbit, it's just annoying.

Your phone IS is up to with your carrier? Does it have Android 9 or 10? 

If ten, then this is a known issue that is affecting some users and not limited to any one type of tracker.
