In this case I would recommend that you try to reset the notifications. To do that, please try these steps:
- Get into your Note 5's Bluetooth settings and look for your tracker.
- Remove your Fitbit from the list of devices.
- Setup the notifications once again by going into the Account tab on the app.
- Tap on your tracker's name and then select the 'Notifications' option.
- Unmark the checkbox for notifications and then mark it again.
