This has been terrible changing phones! We had no idea that the versa was not compatible with the new Galaxy S10+. Now we are stuck. I don't want to change to iPhone because I love my new phone, BUT because of my situation with my mom being in the nursing home, I have to see alerts on my versa! Is there eventually going to be an app update to make this possible?

Let me share with you that at this moment I'm unable to inform you when or if the Samsung Galaxy S10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices. Rest assured, we are always working and testing several devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to work as intended with our products and services. That said, my best advise will be to constantly check our compatibility list for any update.
Even though your mobile device isn't compatible, can you please give me more information and details about the difficulties you're experiencing with it so I can assist you with them?
