Unable to connect with Surge. Any help or time when new software may come out to fix this issue?

Hi @needhelp12! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Since this is one of the latest models is not on the list of the supported devices yet, however I recommend you checking the list because maybe on a future you'll be able to sync it with your Surge.
