I'm unable to add the android device option once logged in to my Fitbit account, no option for Android device shown on the list of devices,Idon't have a Fitbit device and wanted to use the mobile tracker on my Samsung S7any suggestions

@AngPvt, I am not sure what you mean by adding an "Android device" to your app - The app is running on your Android device. Your phone may not be compatible with MobileTrack - have you checked that? Check out the help article, How do I use MobileTrack?

Yes the app is on my device, and my device is compatible. When I first downloaded the app, I could choose to add a Fitbit device or add mobile tracker if I did not have a Fitbit device, it appeared in my list of devices and the tracker was functional. Now the mobile tracker no longer appears in that list and my steps are not tracked. When I choose to add a device, the mobile tracker isn't on the list to add. So how do I get the mobile tracker?
